I will be telling everyone about your excellent company (you were also recommended to me by someone else)
The best way to get loose charcoal out of kilns.
Charcoal burners use all manner of devices to get charcoal out of kilns; shovals, potato forks, sippets, clam shell buckets(!), but the 9 chisled prongs of this fork are just the right distance apart to let most of the dust and small fines fall through without damaging the charcoal.
The 9 prongs are dished producing a similar shape to a shovel.
UK makers Bulldog are the only company currently producing solid forged prongs which is the strongest way to make a tool of this type.
Prongs and straps are made from a solid piece of manganese steel, riveted to a wooden shaft, probably the strongest combination available.
The D shaped varnished handle of ash, from Grade A straight grained stock is sourced from FSC certified woodlands.
Also very useful for moving wood chips and bark.
Sorry about the feline in the image, Jude was away motorcycling in Norway so we were stuck with the posh cat!
