Made by British tool maker and green wood worker Ben Orford. A robust hook, well designed and well made.

With bevels on the inside of the hook, this is a good tool to deal with the inside wall of a pole lathe bowl.

Made from Sheffield tool steel, tempered to about 57 - 59 Rockwell.

The iron is approx 12mm (1/2") dia. and 410mm (16") long.

Available with handle or without. SELECT FROM THE DROP-DOWN BOX BELOW

If you fit your own handle we would suggest something like a 460mm (18") handle, which does not need to be turned.

Comes with a simple leather edge cover.
